Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I require a 72 hours notice for any cancellations or immediate changes to your appointment. Clients that provide less than 72 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, and no shows will be charged 100%.

What if I have to cancel?

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will forfeit your deposit. Be aware it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked services; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged your deposit. In some cases the appointment may be rescheduled. 

What time should I arrive?

You are paying for the artist's time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service. Clients will be required to put down 50% of their service cost with any forms of a credit card at the time of scheduling, following with a credit/debit card on file.
